You can apply your Rebuild Protein Treatment at any time during your colouring cycle. If your hair is porous, then it is best to apply your Rebuild treatment 2 days before applying colour. This will fill gaps in the cuticle, reduce porosity, strengthen your hair and create a healthier canvas for your colour application that will improve colour retention and reduce fading.
