How to use:

1. Pre-shampoo treatment: Apply oil directly to the scalp and shaft of the hair. Massage using your fingers or use a scalp massager to more effectively increase circulation and absorption at the scalp. Allow the product to remain on the scalp for 15-30 minutes, or up to several hours or overnight, before washing your hair (the longer the better!). Double shampoo when you wash and condition as usual.

2. Hot oil treatment: Apply to oil to scalp and shaft, cover hair with plastic cap and heated thermal cap and leave on for 20-45 minutes before washing your hair (double-shampoo when you wash).
